Homegrown Kindness Project

The Homegrown Kindness Project is an initiative of St. Michael’s Soldiers created in memory of Lindsay to provide random and planned acts of kindness to our First Responders, their families, our area’s injured veterans, and those who need a little kindness in their lives.

The Homegrown Kindness Project's initiative for 2020 include 6 Days of Kindness from September 7-12 in memory of Lindsay. Their 6 Days of Kindness projects include:

  • support for the Mandarin Food Bank; 

  • help with donations and adoptions for Friends of Clay County Animals; 

  • cookies for the Clay County Sheriff's Office; 

  • makeovers for the girls at PACE Center for Girls;

  • 9/11 Lunch for the JFRD Tactical Support Team;

  • and support for the NICU at UF Shands.
